Work Week Looks you NEED

I get the most excited about weekend pieces, like summer dresses or high waisted shorts, which in turn means I often neglect my work week attire, until now! This weekend I took a long, hard look at my closet and laid out the pieces I specifically purchased for office settings. I was uninspired by many of the items and desperately wanted an upgrade, did I need to go shopping? No. But did I go shopping? Yes.

On my hunt for new work attire, I pulled some pieces from our Ooh La Luxe online boutique to help envision what I would want my work week looks to be - in the comments tell me about your go-to office looks!

Blouses and basics are the perfect staples for the office because they’re the most versatile. You can style them with a pair of trousers, a high-waisted skirt, or your favorite pair of jeans for a more casual day. I work in a relaxed office setting, so I am lucky that I can incorporate jumpsuits and dresses into my work style; the Natalia Maxi is one I’m super excited to wear in the office! The short-sleeves make me feel comfortable and conservative, but the orange floral print allows me to have some fun and show off my personality! It is a spring dress that I will be wearing both in and out of the office.

I think we can all agree that our clothes are a reflection of our confidence, and I would encourage any person to create a wardrobe that makes them confident both in their personal and professional life.
